Production and Machinery
Duct quality is decided in production: how accurately the sheet is cut, how tight the seam is and how well the parts fit together. That is why our factory runs modern ventilation machinery from the Turkish manufacturer SENTE.

Machinery
SENTE ventilation machines working in our factory.

Coil sheet processing line
Steel sheet is unrolled from the coil, flattened and cut to exact size for rectangular air ducts.

Spiral tube former
Forms round spiral ducts from galvanized strip with a locked spiral seam.

Seam forming machine
Forms the lock seam on the sheet edge that joins duct walls and fittings.

Seam closing machine
Closes the seam evenly along the full duct length — a tight joint and less leakage.

How a duct is made
- Reviewing the project or specification and confirming dimensions
- Cutting the sheet to exact size on the machine
- Forming and bending seams and edges
- Assembly and quality check
- Packing and delivery to site

What this means for you
- Consistent sizes and square corners — parts fit together on site
- Tight seams — less leakage and less noise in the system
- One manufacturer for ducts, fittings and dampers
