Spiral Air Ducts

A spiral duct is made from galvanized steel strip wound in a spiral and closed with a lock seam. The result is a light yet rigid pipe that carries air with little resistance.

Why spiral ducts

  • The spiral seam acts as a stiffener — fewer supports and less vibration
  • Air moves evenly in a round section — lower pressure loss and less noise
  • Fewer joints — less leakage
  • Push-fit connection with fittings — fast installation on site

Where they are used

  • Supply and extract ventilation in residential and public buildings
  • Cafés, offices and shops with exposed ceilings, where the duct is part of the interior
  • Industrial ventilation

Fittings and accessories

Alongside spiral ducts we make elbows, tees and reducers, as well as round silencers and fire dampers. Everything comes from one factory, so it fits together precisely on site.

Frequently asked questions

Which is better — round or rectangular ducts?

Where space allows, round spiral ducts carry air with lower losses and install faster. Rectangular ducts are better when ceiling height is limited. More in our article.
