What We Need to Quote Your Air Ducts

Rectangular duct and transition ready for an order

The more complete the information, the faster and more accurately we can price your order. Accurate details also avoid re-quoting and mistakes in production. Here is what helps us most.

If you have a design

Send us the ventilation specification or drawings — as PDF, DWG or Excel. The specification already lists the sections, lengths and fittings, so we can price directly from it.

If you don’t have a design

  1. Product type — rectangular or round ducts;
  2. Cross-section — width × height in millimetres, or diameter;
  3. Length — total length for each size;
  4. Fittings — elbow angles, transition sizes, tees and their quantities;
  5. Sheet thickness — if required by the project or the client;
  6. Joint type — if you need a specific system;
  7. Delivery — city or site address and the desired date.

How to give dimensions correctly

  • For rectangular ducts, state whether the size is internal or external;
  • For round ducts — the nominal diameter (e.g. Ø200, Ø315);
  • For elbows — the angle and, if it matters, the radius;
  • For transitions — both end sizes, the length and the offset (centred or one-sided).

A sketch or photo works too

If you need a complex part and have no drawing, a hand sketch with dimensions or a photo of an existing part is enough. We will call you if anything needs clarifying. See custom parts.

What happens after you send a request

  1. We review the details and contact you if needed;
  2. We send you a price and lead time;
  3. Once agreed, we start production;
  4. We deliver the finished products to site.

Ready? Fill in the quote form and send the specification or drawing by email or WhatsApp.
